Majella Uzan,
President,
Majella
has an extensive network representing international agencies, governments,
employers, NGOs, academics, providers and consultants with high-level
of expertise in the healthcare field specialized in primary care, mental
health, substance abuse, EAPs, health promotion, disease management, biotech,
pharmaceuticals, regulatory affairs and clinical research. This network
was formed with her experience in developing collaborative international
initiatives at the Institute for Behavioral Healthcare, directing global
behavioral healthcare and employer behavioral healthcare initiatives for
many years. Coming from a family of diplomats, she has successfully linked
projects with international agencies, governments and businesses. Additionally,
through her network, she has assisted various companies (such as multinational
corporations and biotechs) with strategies, project design, research,
marketing, relationship building and linkages in several countries to
form alliances, conduct projects or effectively position their company
in a new marketplace. She founded World Strategic Partners in 1998 together
with Einar Stokke with an understanding of service efficiency with high-competence.

Einar Stokke,
CEO.
Einar has been a management consultant in Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting
(now Accenture) for 21 years. He has, as a partner, headed the European
Health Care Practice for Andersen Consulting for 3 years. He has headed
the Scandinavian Health Care Practice of Andersen Consulting for 10 years.
Einar’s interest in the growing concern on mental health issues led to
co-founding World Strategic Partners. In parallel, Einar also led a biotech
company as CEO for 4 years and now, also serves as CEO of a nanotechnology
company in Oslo, Norway.

Tonny Gypen,
Associate Partner
Tonny is a former partner for healthcare management consulting
services of Arthur Andersen. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare
as a consultant, junior executive at the University Hospitals in Leuven
(Belgium) and as a senior executive at the University Hospitals in Antwerpen
(Belgium). He formed his own consulting company in 2001 serving providers,
suppliers, payors and regulators in the healthcare sector. He also has
linked his network with World Strategic Partners as an Associate Partner.
