The Global Symposium on Business and Mental Energy at Work offers a rare opportunity to participate in a prestigious international forum, highlighted by important discussions on key issues concerning work environment and efficiency, such as change management, public-policy, work/life, occupational health and safety, health promotion, employee assistance programs, substance abuse prevention, addiction treatment and mental wellbeing in the workplace.

On it's third year, the Global Symposium on Business and Mental Energy at Work continues to convene a selected group of 180-200 key opinion leaders from a multi-disciplinary background from five continents to form strategies, stimulate cooperation, debate and collaboration through knowledge exchange, resource building, and networking. The Outcome of the Global Symposium is a White Paper, addressing high priority initiatives that have a global effect. The White Paper recommendations are included in the Toolbox on Mental Health at Work. This tool is used for the ongoing improvement of mental wellbeing at the workplace, which serves as recommendations to international agencies, governments and employers.

Club of Geneva gathers at the Annual Global Symposium to discuss visions, strategies and actions. Club of Geneva is a not for profit organization recognized by international agencies, governments and employers as a resource for ongoing improvement of the mental wellbeing of an individual at the workplace.
