Transportation to/from Hotel Intercontinental/ILO A shuttle will be provided from the Intercontinental to the ILO facilities. Shuttle service is every 20 minutes October 6 from 0600 –0800 and 1700 –1800 October 7 from 0700 -0800 and 1200 -1300 Taxis from the ILO need to be arranged through the ILO security offices.
Global Symposium Registration/Check In Registration will be located at the lobby level of the International Labour Organization. Please watch for Global Symposium signs. When you check in, you will receive your name badge, a syllabus and handouts. We will only accept credit cards and USD money orders for onsite registration.

Attire Business attire is the recommended attire for the Global Symposium proceedings. As the temperature in each room varies, it is advisable to bring a sweater to ensure your comfort during the meetings.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than September 1, 2003. A $100 processing fee will be charged for cancellations. World Strategic Partners will issue a letter of credit for fully paid registrations towards a future program. No credits will be issued when Symposium begins. In the event that World Strategic Partners must cancel the Symposium, registrations will be refunded in full. |
